This start up company needed an online presence first and foremost. We custom created a website that projected exactly the image they were trying to portray. This was accomplished with large buttons, simple navigation and a flash header.

We also created a sophisticated multi-layered back end for them. PCB needed a way to interact with new agents and provide these agents, both on the real estate and the lending side, with a powerful online tool. Agents are able to keep all of their customers details online, all business contacts, as well as keep in close contact with PCB corporate through online messaging tools and a customizable dashboard. In addition, PCB wanted their agents a way to easily communicate with banks regarding new loans. We created an automated tool allowing them to receive dozens of loan offers within 24 hours, completely handled online.

We also created an admin portal for PCB corporate to manage these agents. Corporate can provide forms, training materials, important links, increase their recommended lender list, send out surveys and many more features.
